Yesterday, parental consent forms were emailed out to parents in relation to forthcoming virtual/online Christmas shows which will take place of the traditional concerts which normally happen on site. We have amended the consent forms and now ask all parents to indicate whether they give consent or do not consent for their child to be filmed.
Can we ask all parents to complete the attached editable form and reply as soon as possible to ysgol.yllys@denbighshire.gov.uk.
Furthermore, we can confirm that links for the videos will now be distributed to parents at the later date of 18.12.20. (Not the 11.12.20 as was previously stated).
